Terms of Service
The minimum terms governing access to Capathy and its professional video-production service.

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and be authorised to submit every instruction, source, brand asset, recording and upload. You are responsible for activity through your account and for reviewing completed material before publication.
Trials, plans and payments
The 7-day trial and its production allowance are shown during onboarding. Recurring Starter, Consistent and Established plans renew until cancelled. Unused monthly videos roll into the next billing month only, capped at one month's normal allowance; older rollover expires. A Single Video purchase adds one non-recurring production credit, can be bought with or without a monthly plan and does not expire while the account remains available. Rollover is used before the current monthly allowance, and purchased credits are used after subscription allowance. Stripe processes payments. Failed or overdue payments may suspend paid access. Upgrades, downgrades, cancellation timing, taxes and any price change are shown during billing or communicated as required by law.
Production service
You provide timely, usable material and instructions. Delivery estimates are targets rather than guarantees where delay results from clarification, upload failure, unavailable sources, requested changes or circumstances outside reasonable control. Approval marks a production complete. Your statutory consumer rights, where applicable, are not excluded.
AI and source material
Capathy uses Gemini and Google Search grounding to assist with research, ideas, scripts and talking points using your workspace context and configured public/external sources. AI-assisted features are subject to reasonable fair-usage limits designed to prevent automated, excessive or abusive use. Current allowances may be displayed within the service and may vary by product or plan; they do not restrict ordinary manual editing, recording, uploading or access to existing content. AI can make mistakes. You must verify claims, permissions and suitability before recording or publishing. Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful or abusive content.
Ownership and permission
You retain ownership of material you submit and grant Capathy and its service providers permission to host, process, edit and deliver it for the service. You retain the delivered production subject to third-party rights in supplied material. Capathy retains its software, workflows and general know-how.
Availability and liability
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that external sources and AI services will always be available. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, Capathy is not liable for indirect loss or decisions made without reviewing generated or delivered content.
Ending service
You may cancel a recurring plan through billing. Account closure is available after paid access and active editor work have ended. Closure disables access but is not immediate erasure; deletion and legally required retention are described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend access for non-payment, security risk or material breach.
